The Aesyros Framework
Five lenses we use to assess and improve mid-market businesses. Built from 25 years of practical experience across aerospace, pharma, automotive, and services. Refined into a structured framework you can hold us to.
Pillar 1. Culture & Change Readiness
Can your organisation absorb and sustain change? The best technology strategy fails if culture can’t adopt it. We assess cultural strengths and barriers, change fatigue, collaboration patterns, and how your organisation has historically responded to change initiatives.
Methods used: OCAI (Cameron & Quinn), Cultural Web Analysis (Johnson & Scholes), structured leadership interviews.
Pillar 2. Leadership & Strategic Vision
Does leadership have the capability to drive transformation? This is rarely a technology problem and almost always a leadership one. We assess team composition, strategic vision clarity, decision-making patterns, and real transformation experience versus theoretical understanding.
Methods used: Leadership Capability Matrix, structured experience audits, cross-functional alignment review.
Pillar 3. Technology Infrastructure
Is your technology foundation ready to scale? We audit systems, applications, integrations, technical debt, and capability fit. We look for unsupported software, end-of-life systems, Excel “systems” running critical processes, and shadow IT. The things that quietly accumulate cost and risk.
Methods used: System inventory, application capability assessment, integration mapping.
Pillar 4. Data Quality & Governance
Can you trust the data you’re making decisions on? We profile data across six dimensions. Completeness, accuracy, consistency, validity, timeliness, and uniqueness. We do this across your critical entities. Most businesses are running on data they don’t realise is broken.
Methods used: Six Data Quality Dimensions framework, entity-level profiling, governance review.
Pillar 5. Process & Operations
Are your business processes fit for purpose and properly supported by technology? We map value streams, identify waste, and find the bottlenecks that limit throughput. The technology should serve the operation, not the other way around.
Methods used: Value Stream Mapping, TIMWOOD waste analysis, bottleneck identification.
