Engagement
Three areas of work. We can lead, or support your team. Internal, external, or a mix. The Aesyros Framework runs through all of it.
Diagnostic
A structured assessment of your IT estate. The goal is clarity. What’s working, what isn’t, what’s worth doing about it.
What you get
- A comprehensive findings report across all five pillars of the Aesyros Framework
- A clear picture of current state, gaps, and priorities
- Identified quick wins worth doing in the next 30 to 60 days
- Honest recommendations on what’s worth investigating further
Typical scope
Most diagnostics run 2 to 4 weeks depending on business size and complexity. We can run the diagnostic ourselves, or coach your team through running one. Either way, the framework and the discipline are the same.
Roadmap
A prioritised plan for acting on what the diagnostic found. Not a wishlist. A sequenced, costed, deliverable roadmap with quick wins, strategic plays, and clear dependencies.
What you get
- Phased implementation plan with timelines and sequencing
- Cost and effort estimates per initiative
- Quick wins separated from strategic investments
- Risk assessment and dependencies mapped
- A plan you can take to the board
Typical scope
Roadmap work typically follows a diagnostic. Yours or ours. We can build the roadmap from scratch, or pressure-test and refine one your team has drafted. The five pillars sequence the priorities.
Implementation Support
Optional ongoing involvement through delivery. Vendor management, governance, course correction. The roadmap means nothing if it doesn’t get delivered.
What you get
- Oversight and governance through delivery
- Vendor management and supplier challenge
- Course correction when reality diverges from plan
- Steering group support and executive reporting
Typical scope
Implementation Support is the most flexible phase. We support your team, your external delivery partners, or a mix of both. Engagements range from a few days a month of oversight to full programme leadership.
